Observation

Thumb tacks observed and are a choking hazard. Window blinds were observed on the main floor by the front door entrance. Stickers were not observed on the sliding doors. Lamp was observed to possibly not have a shatterproof bulb. Outlets were not tamper resistant and the ones that were by the water were not tamper resistant and GFCI.
